I want to submit the transfer of my domain name, but the domain name has a different owner

It is important to note that domain names can only be successfully transfered if their ownership is resolved.

So, if you want to transfer a domain name to our company with an owner other than the person/company who registered it, you will also need to carry out a domain ownership in addition to the transfer.

Documents required for the transfer of the right to use the domain:

- Domain name application form (completed and signed by the receiving party)
- Domain Name Transfer Declaration (completed as appropriate, signed by the Transferor and Transferee and witnesses)
- Documents certifying the details of the Transferee and the Transferor - in the case of an organisation: Court order, copy of the specimen signature; in the case of an individual: Declaration of authenticity of personal data

After filling in and signing the documents, it is sufficient to send them by email to our customer service department at mediacenter@mediacenter.hu
