Automatic reply settings

Our interface allows you to set up an automatic reply message. This way, when an email is sent to you, the server forwards a pre-written message to the sender at the moment of sending.

This setting is useful if you want to notify the sender separately of the successful receipt of the email or if you want to inform the sender in advance due to increased response time (e.g. due to holidays).

Steps to set an auto reply:

  • Log in to theĀ Web Hosting Settings interface
  • Select the modify email address menu
  • Click on the domain name which the email address belongs to
  • Select the email address that you want to modify

At the bottom of the page you will find an Auto Reply box where you can enter the text you want to send. The message will be forwarded until all the text is deleted from here.

You can set an auto reply by clicking on the Save button at the bottom of the page, which will be activated after 5 minutes.
