Change your mailbox password

The levelcenter is a web-based interface to the mail that can be found directly on the server. This interface does not allow you to change your email account password, this change must be made in our central management interface, the Web Hosting Settings interface.

So if you have forgotten or wish to change your mailbox password, you will need to log in directly to our Client Gate interface. However, it is important to note that this interface only allows you to enter a new password (current passwords are fully encrypted and stored on our servers for security reasons).

Steps to enter a new password:

• Log in to the Web Hosting Settings interface
• Select Modify e-mail address menu option.
• Click on the domain name to which the email address belongs
• Select the email address for which you want to make the change
• In the New password field, enter your new password (which must contain a lowercase, uppercase letter and a number)

You can finalise your new password by clicking Save settings at the bottom of the page, which will be activated after 5 minutes.
