Sending the newsletter

To start the mailing, you need to select the newsletter you want to send and the address list to which you want to send the mailing. You can do this from the drop-down menus shown in the image. The newsletter will then only be sent to the address list or e-mail addresses on the address list that you select. It is very important that you do not turn off your browser while sending!

The mailing is continuous, but will be sent out in stages. This means that the system does not send out the mail all at once, but in small groups so that each mail is properly delivered, and if for some reason the mail is interrupted, it can be resumed from the group nearest to where it was interrupted. This intermittency cannot be detected so the sending appears to be continuous, but the browser cannot be turned off until it is finished.
