Our site aims to provide you with an easy way to use MediaCenter's services, with a database that is easily accessible and browsable at any time.

Customer Portal

For the management of the services we manage, we provide a proprietary interface free of charge to all our Clients.

The interface gives you the opportunity to:

  • order new services
  • make limited changes to subscriber data
  • update contact details
  • to monitor the expiry of the service and extend it during the year
  • transfer of own-owned services
  • modify both name server and zone details of domain names.

In the Invoices menu, you can freely access the invoices issued by our company at any time.

Detailed instructions on how to use the Customer Portal are provided in the Help menu in the top right-hand corner after logging in.
